Neal and Chris don't know what to expect when Wesley takes them to visit Bumpleville, an unusual little village built around Aunt Hazel Guild's farm. There they meet Miss Bumples, a very unusual visitor with a little magic of her own, and discover something amazing—they can understand the animals!

With Olie Dog leading the way, the children set off on an adventure they will never forget. When they learn that dogs nearby may be in trouble, their exciting day becomes a rescue mission.
